Reflect - Mirror jewellery: Necklaces are defined as hand crafted and may each have small variances in appearance, such as silver attachments and pendants. We strongly recommend not to use the jewellery if you are going to be in water. The acrylic mirror material used in pendants is attached on to 925 silver backing. Standard sample testing conducted by ALS Laboratory Group Norway AS confirms that the mirror material is free of lead and cadmium. All necklaces come with 925 silver backing, and attached to assembled chains. Metals are free of cadmium, lead and nickel. Nickel free -by definition means they meet the EU Nickel Directive.
Sticklees: Doodled by mirrorsme. Printed and cut on PVC-free -recyclable Polypropylene Film. They are removable, recyclable and reusable, and some versions come in both solid colour and transparency film. By choosing this material we avoid the use of PVC in our products. You can cut the sticklees yourself to get your desired result- If tearing does occur, you will still be able to use your sticklees. Based on this information we will not be able to replace or refund a sticklee sheet if they tear. We do not claim that the product is waterproof.
Sticklees alternative -illustrations on eco labelled paper: Made to provide you with an easy-to-use- alternative, so you can select your preferred material. Due to the lack of current fitting alternatives and challenges with producing sticklees in biodegradable adhesive materials, I wanted to offer an easy-to use-alternative. These illustrations are just as fun and easy to apply to your mirrors or windows or in scrap booking etc. I hope you take part in the fun, get creative and share your creations.

When ordering from www.mirrorsme.no you, the recipient of the shipment is the importer of record, and is responsible for any of these import fees, as well as complying with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. If custom inspections are required, your shipment's original estimated delivery date, may be delayed.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unfortunatly unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
* If any item is not in its original condition, is damaged or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* If any item that is returned is more than 30 days after delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
LATE OR MISSING ITEMS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, we recommend checking with your bank to confirm if the refund has been received, and then contacting your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com stating your reason for returning the item.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over 500 NOK you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can only process a return if we receive your returned item.
